In 2004 Kautz & Sons Glass Co. sent several products to Architectual Testing in California to have them tested and evaluated for strength and durability. The test results concluded that these products were capable of withstanding the new regulations set for Dade County Florida after hurricane Andrew.

The above video shows footage of the windload testing. Towards the end of each clip you will notice the amount of preassure applied to our products when the roar of the jet engin releases and the window returns to shape.
